Open the Dynamics panel for each dialogue audio source.
Click the Send to send that audio information to the sidechain.
Lower the base music volume to ~ -18 dB
Open the music track Dynamics panel and set the compressor to Listen to the sidechain and to compress the audio with the following settings:
